With its sophisticated in-frame wiring and lighting control systems, Jeriko House can easily employ a great variety of built-in lighting using some of the most advanced and energy-efficient lighting technologies available.
All Jeriko Houses come complete with wiring and lighting. The number and location of lights, sockets and switches can change based on local codes and your preferences. We have a variety of looks and feel to meet every style choice.
The electrical system itself is "plug and play" requiring an electrician only for the connection to the power grid.
We have a variety of heating and cooling systems to meet local requirements from full HVAC to in room units as well as radiant floor heating and force air.
