Feasibility
At this stage you must have a site survey, and obtain a geotech report of the property.
You also will need a local architect to work directly with the Jeriko House team. If you don't already have one, in many cases we can recommend one.
The Jeriko House Team will work closely with your architect as well as all relevant agencies to determine not only the feasibility of the site but also that it adheres to all of the necessary zoning requirements.
In addition, sometimes a house has to pass a design review board to make sure the building blends with the neighborhood architecture. Jeriko House will supply the architect with the additional drawings and renderings that might be required. After design/review is approved and feasibility is determined you will proceed to the design development stage.
