As a site-built home, the Jeriko House should meet all the requirements for conventional home financing and home insurance. Our homes have none of the drawbacks associated with so-called 'mobile' and 'modular' housing. A Jeriko House is perpetually maintainable as with any conventional home and the basic quality of construction using our system far exceeds the average for conventional homes today. We are willing to work with your lenders and insurers and are ready to answer any questions they may have. We also offer our own list of preferred lenders who are ready to assist you in financing your new home.

In some situations you may be required to obtain a 'construction loan' in advance of the conventional mortgage, as is common with many custom-build homes. A construction loan is an 'interest-only' short term loan which serves as a bridge between the initiation of a construction project and the final mortgage. Many lenders may be able to offer special 'construction-to-mortgage' packages allowing construction loans to automatically turn into conventional mortgages on completion.
