Introduction
Before your new home can be assembled, the home site must be prepared for its construction. As complete a package as our Jeriko Houses are, some things must be provided by others and locally produced. Foundations, sewerage systems, utilities hook-ups, and any major landscape modification must be prepared prior to assembly according to the project plans we provide. You may choose your own contractors or you can choose from our list of preferred contractors for your region if available.
