With its design finalized and all permitting and financing complete, production will begin. Depending on the size of your home and the features chosen, this stage will take from four to six months. A Jeriko House is a total home package, a combination of exclusive and off-the-shelf manufactured components, hand-crafted components, custom-crafted components, as well as your personal selection of designer appliances, furnishings, and decorative objects. Coming from around the globe, these parts are gathered at our facilities and, after any late modifications are made and the fit of any custom components tested, they are carefully packed in one or more standard ISO marine shipping containers for shipment to your site.
